THE FARMLAND

The hotel premises are tied together by a wide range of organic farmland: a vast vegetable garden, aromatic herb gardens, orchards and an olive grove. All our produce is grown in an ecological, sustainable and respectful manner, based on the principles of permaculture.

OUR ANIMALS

Can Martí’s animals play an important part in the farm ecosystem; our organic waste is part of their daily diet, the donkeys help us keep the land clean and the chickens provide us with fresh free range eggs. On top of we use the manure for fertilising the soil.

THE VEGETABLE GARDEN

Our permaculture – from permanent and agriculture – garden is designed following the rules of nature, which means we grow our healthy, happy crops sustainably and organically, in harmony with the local environment and resources.

OUR HARVEST

The pesticide-free, permaculture love we invest in our land, produces a plentiful harvest of organic fruits and vegetables ranging from our exquisite strawberries to native species that we maintain at the finca.

THE ONSITE SHOP

In our little onsite organic shop our guests get to try and buy Can Martí’s homegrown produce and homemade specials besides many other foodie essentials, nibbles and delicacies!

And what tastes more like Home than a home-cooked meal? Good food is an essential ingredient of your holiday and therefore we make it our mission for you to taste the love we put in organically growing and preparing the delicacies we serve.

BOOKING CONDITIONS

Prices are per room, per night, and do not include 10% VAT.
The final prices, including applicable taxes, will be displayed before completing the booking.

At the time of booking, a 50% deposit of the total room price must be paid, and a credit card number provided (AMEX not accepted). The remaining balance must be paid 10 days prior to arrival by bank transfer or credit card.

Bookings are confirmed once the deposit payment has been received.
Once a booking is confirmed, the following cancellation fees will apply:

  • More than 30 days prior to arrival: 10% of the total booking will be retained.
  • Between 30 and 10 days prior to arrival (inclusive): 50% of the total booking will be retained.
  • Less than 10 days prior to arrival, in case of no-show, or early departure: 100% of the total booking will be retained.


Once confirmed, reservation dates cannot be changed. No date changes or refunds are allowed for bookings made using vouchers.

It is recommended to purchase travel insurance covering cancellations due to illness, accident, or force majeure, as Finca Can Martí is not responsible for non-recoverable costs.

Due to limited capacity and to preserve a peaceful environment, group bookings of more than 6 people are not permitted.

The minimum stay is 5 nights for rooms with a kitchen and 3 nights for rooms without a kitchen, unless filling gaps between existing bookings.

If the room allows, an extra bed can be added at a cost of €40 + 10% VAT per night in rooms with a kitchen, and €60 + 10% VAT per night in rooms with breakfast included.
Baby cots are available at €20 + 10% VAT per night.

Check-in is from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. (luggage can be left earlier if needed), and check-out is at 11:00 a.m. Arrivals outside this schedule must be arranged with reception in advance.

Basic room maintenance is carried out daily. Towels and bed linens are replaced every three days.
In rooms with a kitchen, dishwashing is not included in the basic cleaning. Additional or more thorough cleaning (including dishes, etc.) is charged at €25 per hour.

All items in the rooms (pillows, chairs, etc.), except pool towels, are for indoor use only.

Access to rooms and facilities is strictly limited to registered guests.
Any external service not provided by the hotel requires prior approval from reception.

Adults-only rooms do not admit children.
Pets are not allowed.
Finca Can Martí is a non-smoking establishment.

If more guests arrive than indicated in the booking, the hotel reserves the right to cancel the reservation without refund or to apply extra charges.
Rooms may not be transferred or sublet to third parties, even if the paid stay period has not ended.

Guests must respect the rules of coexistence, tranquility, and sustainability.
The hotel may terminate the stay without refund if these rules are seriously breached or if behavior disrupts coexistence or damages the facilities.

The hotel may charge for any damage, loss, or necessary repairs incurred during the stay, notifying the guest of the estimated amount and justification.

Personal data collected during the booking process will be processed in accordance with current data protection legislation (EU Regulation 2016/679 – GDPR).
The data controller is Naturacampo DSGN S.L., CIF B42891838, registered in the Balearic Islands Tourist Register with license number AG-0004-EIF, Venda de Ca’s Ripolls 29, 07810 Sant Joan de Labritja, email: admin@canmarti.com.
Data will be used exclusively for booking management and service provision.

Finca Can Martí is committed to sustainability and environmental respect. Guests are asked to use water, electricity, and resources responsibly.

The hotel is not responsible for accidents, injuries, or illnesses that are not a direct consequence of negligent or willful acts by the hotel, nor for loss or damage to personal belongings.
Guests use the facilities at their own risk.

To ensure a calm and relaxing environment, guests are asked to respect quiet hours and the privacy of others.
Parties, loud music, or large gatherings are not allowed on the premises.
