In recent years, Ibiza has increasingly become a destination for lovers of peace and the beauty of nature. In addition to its vibrant city life and party atmosphere, the island offers an oasis of tranquility and stunning landscapes.

Hiking near Finca Can Marti

The most beautiful nature on the island is undoubtedly located in the north, where our Finca is located in the protected valley of the Es Amunts nature reserve.

From the Finca, various hiking trails depart into the hills surrounding the estate.  And one of the most beautiful hikes on the island starts nearby.

Puig des Fornas

The hike to the viewpoint of Puig des Fornas is one of the most beautiful walks on Ibiza.  Remnants of the forest fires a couple years ago are still visible, but at the same time, you can see how the resilience of nature has restored the landscapes. 

360° view of the sea

Along winding paths, you have the most beautiful views of the entire island.  Near the top, you can almost see the entire sea.

Hiking tips

The total duration of the hike is approximately 2 hours, depending on your own pace and the time you want to take to enjoy the views. Some sections can be challenging, but the variety of less steep paths ensure that it’s a walk to get your body moving and your mind at ease.

Hike to the historic lighthouse at Cala San Vicente

The Old Lighthouse at Cala San Vicente, built in 1861 on Ibiza’s northern coast, once served as a school for local children before being abandoned. The lighthouse is accessible via a small and sometimes slightly precarious footpath along the cliffs.

It was left behind due to its remote location, which made maintenance difficult and less practical as technological advances in navigation reduced its necessity. The old lighthouse offers expansive vistas of the surrounding sea and rugged coastline, making it a serene spot to enjoy the natural beauty of the area.

Explore the unique Jellyfish Cave

The Jellyfish Cave, or “Cova de les Meduses,” is a captivating natural attraction on Ibiza’s northern coast, near Cala San Vicente. Accessible primarily by boat, this cave is renowned for its striking geological formations that resemble jellyfish.

The clear waters and natural light enhance its unique appearance, making it a popular spot for exploration and photography.

Its remote location adds to the sense of adventure, offering visitors a chance to experience the island’s natural beauty in a distinctive and scenic setting.

Walk along the coast to hidden seawater pools

Drive towards Es Canaret and park as close to the seaside as you can. From there, take the footpath that descends the cliff to the rugged shore and turn right.

As you follow the coastline, you’ll be greeted by a series of enchanting saltwater ponds, each shimmering with natural beauty. The path meanders past a variety of impressive stone formations, showcasing the area’s unique geological features.

Continue your walk, and you’ll eventually arrive at a remarkable cave formation, a stunning highlight of the journey. This scenic route offers a perfect blend of tranquil seaside views and fascinating natural wonders.

BOOKING CONDITIONS

Prices are per room, per night, and do not include 10% VAT.
The final prices, including applicable taxes, will be displayed before completing the booking.

At the time of booking, a 50% deposit of the total room price must be paid, and a credit card number provided (AMEX not accepted). The remaining balance must be paid 10 days prior to arrival by bank transfer or credit card.

Bookings are confirmed once the deposit payment has been received.
Once a booking is confirmed, the following cancellation fees will apply:

  • More than 30 days prior to arrival: 10% of the total booking will be retained.
  • Between 30 and 10 days prior to arrival (inclusive): 50% of the total booking will be retained.
  • Less than 10 days prior to arrival, in case of no-show, or early departure: 100% of the total booking will be retained.


Once confirmed, reservation dates cannot be changed. No date changes or refunds are allowed for bookings made using vouchers.

It is recommended to purchase travel insurance covering cancellations due to illness, accident, or force majeure, as Finca Can Martí is not responsible for non-recoverable costs.

Due to limited capacity and to preserve a peaceful environment, group bookings of more than 6 people are not permitted.

The minimum stay is 5 nights for rooms with a kitchen and 3 nights for rooms without a kitchen, unless filling gaps between existing bookings.

If the room allows, an extra bed can be added at a cost of €40 + 10% VAT per night in rooms with a kitchen, and €60 + 10% VAT per night in rooms with breakfast included.
Baby cots are available at €20 + 10% VAT per night.

Check-in is from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. (luggage can be left earlier if needed), and check-out is at 11:00 a.m. Arrivals outside this schedule must be arranged with reception in advance.

Basic room maintenance is carried out daily. Towels and bed linens are replaced every three days.
In rooms with a kitchen, dishwashing is not included in the basic cleaning. Additional or more thorough cleaning (including dishes, etc.) is charged at €25 per hour.

All items in the rooms (pillows, chairs, etc.), except pool towels, are for indoor use only.

Access to rooms and facilities is strictly limited to registered guests.
Any external service not provided by the hotel requires prior approval from reception.

Adults-only rooms do not admit children.
Pets are not allowed.
Finca Can Martí is a non-smoking establishment.

If more guests arrive than indicated in the booking, the hotel reserves the right to cancel the reservation without refund or to apply extra charges.
Rooms may not be transferred or sublet to third parties, even if the paid stay period has not ended.

Guests must respect the rules of coexistence, tranquility, and sustainability.
The hotel may terminate the stay without refund if these rules are seriously breached or if behavior disrupts coexistence or damages the facilities.

The hotel may charge for any damage, loss, or necessary repairs incurred during the stay, notifying the guest of the estimated amount and justification.

Personal data collected during the booking process will be processed in accordance with current data protection legislation (EU Regulation 2016/679 – GDPR).

The hotel is not responsible for accidents, injuries, or illnesses that are not a direct consequence of negligent or willful acts by the hotel, nor for loss or damage to personal belongings.

Parties, loud music, or large gatherings are not allowed on the premises.
