The wood, stone, and other elements selected for the property were chosen not only for their natural charm but also for their durability. These materials develop a natural patina as they age, adding depth and character to the finca’s design.

The interiors of Finca Can Marti have been designed with simplicity and serenity in mind. The color palette is deliberately understated, drawing on traditional Ibicencan tones that reflect the island’s natural environment. Soft whites, earthy beiges, and subtle greys dominate the spaces, creating a calm and inviting atmosphere. This minimalist approach allows the lush greenery outside to take centre stage, with the natural surroundings becoming part of the interior experience.

Also the natural light plays a key role in the design, streaming through large windows and creating a seamless connection between the indoor and outdoor spaces. Whether you are relaxing in one of the finca’s cozy living areas or enjoying a meal in the dining room, the beauty of the outdoors is always within reach.

Thoughtful collaborations with local artisans

In bringing this design vision to life, Finca Can Marti has collaborated with several esteemed local and international artisans and brands that share the finca’s commitment to sustainability and quality.

Zoco Home, known for its beautifully handcrafted wooden furniture, has provided many of the pieces that adorn the interiors. Meanwhile, the outdoor areas are complemented by the stylish and durable furniture from Tinekhome, which is perfectly suited to the Mediterranean climate.

The collaboration with Ksar Living, a local store specializing in eclectic furniture and décor, has added a touch of individuality and character to the finca’s spaces. Their unique lamps, tables, and decorative pieces bring warmth and style to the property, making each area feel both personal and refined.

For a truly local touch, the finca has partnered with Sa Taulera, a local ceramic manufacturer, to create bespoke tableware for its restaurant. Each plate, cup, and dish has been crafted with care, reflecting the traditional artistry of the region while adding a special touch to the dining experience.

A landscape that embraces the island’s natural beauty

The finca’s commitment to sustainability is also reflected in its landscaping. The gardens have been carefully designed to enhance the beauty of the property while supporting the local ecosystem. Collaborating with Todolí plant nursery, the finca has filled its grounds with a variety of local plants that are perfectly adapted to Ibiza’s dry climate.  These plants not only add to the visual appeal of the finca but also help conserve water and maintain the natural balance of the environment.

BOOKING CONDITIONS

Prices are per room, per night, and do not include 10% VAT.
The final prices, including applicable taxes, will be displayed before completing the booking.

At the time of booking, a 50% deposit of the total room price must be paid, and a credit card number provided (AMEX not accepted). The remaining balance must be paid 10 days prior to arrival by bank transfer or credit card.

Bookings are confirmed once the deposit payment has been received.
Once a booking is confirmed, the following cancellation fees will apply:

  • More than 30 days prior to arrival: 10% of the total booking will be retained.
  • Between 30 and 10 days prior to arrival (inclusive): 50% of the total booking will be retained.
  • Less than 10 days prior to arrival, in case of no-show, or early departure: 100% of the total booking will be retained.


Once confirmed, reservation dates cannot be changed. No date changes or refunds are allowed for bookings made using vouchers.

It is recommended to purchase travel insurance covering cancellations due to illness, accident, or force majeure, as Finca Can Martí is not responsible for non-recoverable costs.

Due to limited capacity and to preserve a peaceful environment, group bookings of more than 6 people are not permitted.

The minimum stay is 5 nights for rooms with a kitchen and 3 nights for rooms without a kitchen, unless filling gaps between existing bookings.

If the room allows, an extra bed can be added at a cost of €40 + 10% VAT per night in rooms with a kitchen, and €60 + 10% VAT per night in rooms with breakfast included.
Baby cots are available at €20 + 10% VAT per night.

Check-in is from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. (luggage can be left earlier if needed), and check-out is at 11:00 a.m. Arrivals outside this schedule must be arranged with reception in advance.

Basic room maintenance is carried out daily. Towels and bed linens are replaced every three days.
In rooms with a kitchen, dishwashing is not included in the basic cleaning. Additional or more thorough cleaning (including dishes, etc.) is charged at €25 per hour.

All items in the rooms (pillows, chairs, etc.), except pool towels, are for indoor use only.

Access to rooms and facilities is strictly limited to registered guests.
Any external service not provided by the hotel requires prior approval from reception.

Adults-only rooms do not admit children.
Pets are not allowed.
Finca Can Martí is a non-smoking establishment.

If more guests arrive than indicated in the booking, the hotel reserves the right to cancel the reservation without refund or to apply extra charges.
Rooms may not be transferred or sublet to third parties, even if the paid stay period has not ended.

Guests must respect the rules of coexistence, tranquility, and sustainability.
The hotel may terminate the stay without refund if these rules are seriously breached or if behavior disrupts coexistence or damages the facilities.

The hotel may charge for any damage, loss, or necessary repairs incurred during the stay, notifying the guest of the estimated amount and justification.

Personal data collected during the booking process will be processed in accordance with current data protection legislation (EU Regulation 2016/679 – GDPR).

Data will be used exclusively for booking management and service provision.

Finca Can Martí is committed to sustainability and environmental respect. Guests are asked to use water, electricity, and resources responsibly.

The hotel is not responsible for accidents, injuries, or illnesses that are not a direct consequence of negligent or willful acts by the hotel, nor for loss or damage to personal belongings.
Guests use the facilities at their own risk.

To ensure a calm and relaxing environment, guests are asked to respect quiet hours and the privacy of others.
Parties, loud music, or large gatherings are not allowed on the premises.
