PHOTOVOLTAIC'S

Photovoltaic's means the conversion of solar energy into electric current. The core component of this technology is the solar cell. In the solar cell negative charged ions are split from the silicon atoms through the impact of the sun radiation. Most of the solar cells are produced out of silicon. The raw material for silicon is sand (silicon oxide) - the second most element on this planet. Our photovoltaic equipment consists of 44 x 110 Watt panels with 3 inverters and produces more than 50% of our power requirements.
