HOMEMADE SPECIALITIES
The following preserves are made at Can Marti.
A part from the sugar we only use ingredients of the farm.
Our jam contains agar-agar and sugar (max. 25%). We only use
organic, non-refined
Fair-trade sugar coming from small cooperatives in Paraguay.

TREE STRAWBERRY JAM
A fruit that grows wild in our pin forest. It looks a bit
like strawberry,
but tastes differently. Very nice with lemon. We only make
small
quantities.

STRAWBERRY JAM
With our strawberries that have an incredible flavour. We
sometimes add anis or mint. The one with Aloe Vera and
lemon is delicious.

FIG JAM
Very tasty just natural or with vanilla.

FEIJOA JAM
A fruit from Brazil with a taste between pineapple and pear.
Sometimes we add pear.

MULBERRY JAM
An old local variety. Wonderful intensive flavour .

CACTUS FIG JAM
Very special with lemon and ginger.

QUINCE GELE
We usually make jelly. Lemon an a little bit of apple gives
it a great taste.

ZAPOTE JAM
Has Mexican origins. We only have two trees. Has a very special
taste.
Very nice with vanilla.

WINE
Red wine made of Garnacha, Merlot and Monastrell grapes.
